Join us for this hands-on, basic Pasta Making class. Get ready to make fresh pasta dough, while learning rolling and shaping techniques. We will get into Fettucine, Spaghetti, Tagliatelle and Farfalle. Seasonal sauces using vegetables from local farms, including our very own, Newtown Greenery will be made.
