Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review with students how to make a basic two egg pasta and show the various methods of making ravioli by hand. Students will learned how to create a basic ricotta filling. After the review, students will make their own batch of pasta, choose which method they would like to try and will make their own ravioli to take home and enjoy. At the end of each class, Chrys will share with students samples of the finished product to tatse and enjoy. No Discount
