Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review with students how to take a basic two egg pasta and use various methods of adding flavor via liquid, pureed and dried ingredients. Chrys will review how to create fillings and sauces utilizing seasonal ingredients in anticipation of what our gardens and CSA’s will be providing us. After the review, students will make their own batch of pasta, choosing whichever method they would like to try to take home and enjoy. At the end of each class, Chrys will share with the students samples of the finished product to taste and enjoy. No Discount.
