Designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of drawing from life–subjects include both still life options and photographs. We will work on constructive drawing, the illusion of depth and distinguishing complex shapes. We will use a variety of drawing materials including graphite, charcoal, colored pencil, and ink, as well as several types of paper. Topics include: composition, proportion, perspective, value and edge relationships, foreshortening and light/shade. Limited supplies will be povided, a list will be provided for those who wish to purchase their own supplies. A 10% discount applies.
