Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review with participants how to make a basic two egg pasta and show the various methods of pasta making with a traditional hand cranked pasta machine. Students will learn how to create 5 basic shapes: lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine, pappardelle and farfalle. After the review, students will make their own batch of pasta, choose which method they would like to try to take home to enjoy. At the end of each class, Chrys will share with the students samples of the finished product to taste and enjoy. No discoujnts apply.
