Basic Pasta Sauces

For this class, participants will have the opportunity to get in the kitchen and help create one of three basic sauces: Roasted Tomato, Crema and Pesto. Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review all three sauces and their variations before the participants enter the kitchen under the supervision of Lori Hoagland, Director of the Culinary Program at Newtown High School. Participants will go home with a jar of sauce of their choice. At the end of each class, Chrys will share with the participants samples of the finished product to taste and enjoy. No discounts apply.
