Info

Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review with participants how to make variations for pasta fillings highlighting the use of seasonal ingredients.  After the review, participants will make their own batch of one egg pasta, choose which filling they would like to create and will make their own ravioli to take home and enjoy. At the end of the class, Chrys will share with participants samples of the finished product to taste and enjoy.
