Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review with participants how to take a basic two egg pasta and use various methods of adding flavor via liquid, pureed and dried ingredients and demonstrate how to create artistic and colorful combinations and designs to add a new layer of adventure to your pasta making. After the review, participants will make their own batch of pasta, choosing whichever method they would like to try to take home and enjoy. At the end of each class, Chrys will share with participant’s samples of the finished product to taste and enjoy. No discounts apply.
