For this class, participants will have the opportunity to get in the kitchen and help create one of three basic soups: clear, pureed and veloute. Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review all three methods and their variations before participants enter the kitchen under the supervision of Lori Hoagland, Director of the Culinary Program at Newtown High School. Participants will go home with a jar of soup of their choice.
