For this class, students will have the opportunity to get in the kitchen and learn how to make crepes.  Chrys Napolitano, owner of Two Wrasslin Dogs Farms, will review a basic crepe recipe and how to use variations of flours to create sweet and savory dishes. Students will then enter the kitchen under the supervision of Lori Hoagland, Director of the Culinary Program at Newtown High School to learn how to use basic cooking gear to make crepes at home.  Students will go home with crepes and plenty of ideas of how to use them during the holiday season. No discounts apply.
